1. Final Decision: VIVOSUN retains the ultimate authority to determine the outcome of the event. Any disputes or discrepancies regarding the event results will be resolved at the sole discretion of VIVOSUN.
2. Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable Prizes: All prizes awarded in the Giveaway event are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Winners must accept the prizes as awarded and cannot exchange them for cash or other items.
3. Compliance with Event Rules: Participants are required to adhere to the event rules and any additional requirements specified by VIVOSUN. VIVOSUN reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the rules or is found to be in violation of any terms and conditions set forth by VIVOSUN.
4. Validity of VIVOSUN Points: VIVOSUN points awareded during the Giveaway event remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of earning. It is the responsibility of participants to utilize their points within this timeframe. After 90 days, unused VIVOSUN points will expire and cannot be redeemed. Participants are encouraged to maximize the benefits of their points by redeeming rewards within the specified validity period.
5. Eligibility: The 420 Giveaway event is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of VIVOSUN and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
6. Entry Period: The 420 Giveaway event will commence on April 15th and conclude on April 20th. Entries received outside of the specified entry period will not be considered.
7. Entry Limitations: Each participant is allowed to submit only one entry per person/Instagram account. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
8. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 24 hours following the conclusion of the Giveaway event. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the specified timeframe (24 hours) or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their Instagram username and photograph for promotional purposes on VIVOSUN's social media channels.
10. Modification or Termination: VIVOSUN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway event in the event of any technical errors, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other factor beyond VIVOSUN's control that impairs the integrity or proper conduct of the event.
11. Prize Delivery: VIVOSUN will ship prizes to the confirmed winners within 3 business days following the announcement of winners.
