Connection to Controllers and Other Lights
When connecting to E42A/E42A+, please ensure your Lumaray Under Canopy is connected to the RJ11 port or Type C to RJ11 & RJ45 Light Coverter, using the Type C to RJ11 cable ( 
). Please remember to set the dimming knob on your light to “EXT.” If you daisy-chain multiple lights, all must have their dimming knobs set to “EXT.”
When connecting to E25, please use the Type C port.
When connecting multiple Lumaray Under Canopy lights, please use the Type C cable ( 
).

The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.

A mechanical ventilation or cooling system is required to maintain the temperature within the growing space below 95°F (35℃) when this product is in operation.

Cords are used within their rated ampacity as determined for the maximum temperature of the installed environment specified in the instructions.

The external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire cannot be replaced; if the cord is damaged, the luminaire shall be destroyed.

Warranty
Vivosun offers a 3-year warranty on all LumaRay products purchased directly from us or through authorized dealers. This warranty reflects our commitment to addressing any manufacturing defects or premature failures that occur under normal use.
The warranty covers replacement or refund for any product that exhibits material defects within three years of the original purchase date. To initiate a claim, customers must provide proof of purchase for verification.
Please note that this policy does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or intentional harm. It also excludes normal wear and tear and cosmetic imperfections such as minor scratches.
All LumaRay products undergo rigorous quality testing, and this warranty stands as a testament to their reliability and durability in everyday use.
